During these couple of years, I started writing in a journal to decompress and see some of the feelings and thoughts outside of my head. I decided to compile them and put them in a book on kindle.
It has been found that juggling can help the part of the brain that connects the right and left sides.
Because of this and using the brain's ability to create new connections. One of the best ways to get over a breakup(as heard on a podcast once) is to learn a new language.
I think by using the same tools the brain uses to learn the process could be made shorter by learning a juggling pattern instead.
